• You are responsible for correctly configuring your application.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and sign-in codes.
• You must hold the required rights to any audio content you submit.

4. Authorized use

You agree not to use SebScribe for:

• illegal or fraudulent activity;
• infringement of third-party rights;
• transmission of malicious content;
• service disruption (abuse, overload, or security bypass attempts).

5. Intellectual property

SebScribe software components, trademarks, logos, and content are protected. No unauthorized reproduction or reuse is permitted.

6. Availability and evolution

The service may evolve over time. SebScribe may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or improvements.

7. Liability

• SebScribe uses reasonable efforts to provide quality service, without guaranteeing zero errors.
• Transcription outputs are automated and may require human verification.
• To the extent permitted by law, SebScribe is not liable for indirect damages.
